welcome to my page
I believe risk management and meaningful connections go hand in hand. In my day job, I help organizations create better workplaces and cultures. However my passion is bringing professionals together and building relationships that last. More on that later…
This site is where it all comes together: insights, events, and a growing network of people who know that business works best when it’s built on trust and community.
risk. resilience. impact.
I’ve spent over 15 years in safety and risk management, helping organizations create safer workplaces and stronger cultures. Along the way, I’ve shared my perspective on stages with RIMS, INSURANCE JOURNAL and led workshops for ASSUREX Global, always with the same goal: to make risk management practical, people-focused, and something leaders can truly act on.
brewed perspectives
Risk management doesn’t just happen in boardrooms or on jobsites, it’s a conversation worth having everywhere. My blog is where I share reflections on safety, risk, and leadership, often fueled by an iced latte (because hot coffee never lasts long enough). Most days, that means a stop at Buon Giorno Coffee in Fort Worth, the perfect backdrop under the same skyline you’ll notice at the top of this page.
In my blog you’ll find practical lessons, relevant stories, and thought-provoking ideas. Please check out the blog and feel free to reach out and share your perspective.
connections uncorked
I believe the best ideas (and opportunities) come from real connections. That’s why I started Connections Uncorked; a wine networking experience designed to bring professionals together across industries. It’s about conversations that spark collaboration, friendships, and maybe even the next big idea.
Your next connection is waiting. Contact me for the invite.
I believe in…
-
Leadership
“True leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s asking the right questions and listening to the people who do.”
-
Risk Management
“Good risk management is great collaboration with people who don’t do what you do.”
-
Connection
“The strength of any organization comes from the connections it makes, because resilience is never built alone.”
