I’ve spent over 15 years in safety and risk management, helping organizations create safer workplaces and stronger cultures. Along the way, I’ve shared my perspective on stages with RIMS, INSURANCE JOURNAL and led workshops for ASSUREX Global, always with the same goal: to make risk management practical, people-focused, and something leaders can truly act on.
